How to allow members to view their department rosters?

How to turn it on (Admin only)

1. Log in as an admin
2. Go to Settings → General → Roster Settings
3. Turn on “Allow team members to see others’ shifts”


Where staff will see it

After the admin turns on the setting, team members must fully close and reopen the app to see the update.


Web

Go to the “Roster” page.


Mobile app

Team members must fully close and reopen the app to see the update. Go go the "Roster" screen and then switch to the “Roster” tab at the top.

They’ll now see their department’s full roster, including co-workers’ shifts.


If it’s not working

  • Make sure the user is in the same department

  • Ask them to close and reopen the app

  • Try logging out and back in

  • Double-check that the setting was saved under an admin account
