Leave balance access for members

This feature allows team members to view their available leave balance through the mobile app. When enabled, members can check their balance while applying for leave or at any time through the mobile app.


How to enable/disable leave balance access

On web interface

  1. Navigate to Company Settings and switch to General tab
  2. Find the "Allow members to view leave balance" option under Leave section
  3. Toggle the switch to enable or disable the feature
  4. Click "Update" to apply the settings


Viewing leave balance

On mobile app

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. Tap on the Account section and then go to Leave menu
  3. Leave balance will appear in the Balance tab


Troubleshooting common issues

  • Leave balance not showing up
  • Verify that leave balance access is enabled in Company Settings
  • Check if the app version is updated to the latest


Best practices

  • Clearly communicate to team members when leave balance access is enabled or disabled
  • Regularly update leave balance to ensure accuracy after each pay run
