How to reset my password?

Option 1: Reset via Web App

  1. Go to the web app login screen(app.timble.co.nz/login)
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?" link
  3. Enter your Timble account email address
  4. Click "Send Reset Link"
  5. Check your email inbox for the password reset link
  6. Click the link in your email and follow the instructions to set a new password


Option 2: Reset via Mobile App

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Tap "Send Reset Link"
  5. Check your email inbox for the password reset link
  6. Click the link in your email and follow the instructions to set a new password


Important Notes:

  • The password reset link is valid for 24 hours
  • Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email
  • Choose a strong password that includes numbers, letters, and special characters
