Before you begin: It's recommended to cancel your subscription after completing a payroll cycle to ensure all payroll processing is finished.
Prerequisites
- You must have admin access to the Timble account
- Ensure all pending payroll processes are completed
Steps to Cancel
- Navigate to Settings → Billings in your Timble account
- Scroll to the bottom of the billing section
- Click the "Cancel subscription" button
Note: Once cancelled, you will maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
