Cancel your business account subscription

Before you begin: It's recommended to cancel your subscription after completing a payroll cycle to ensure all payroll processing is finished.


Prerequisites

  • You must have admin access to the Timble account
  • Ensure all pending payroll processes are completed


Steps to Cancel

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billings in your Timble account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the billing section
  3. Click the "Cancel subscription" button


Note: Once cancelled, you will maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
