Submit unavailability

Step 1: Access unavailability screen

  1. Open the Timble mobile app and go to the "Account" screen
  2. Select "Unavailability" from the menu
  3. Tap the Plus (+) button in the top menu

Step 2: Set unavailability details

  1. Choose the date you are unavailable for work
  2. Configure additional options if needed:
    • Specific time period
    • End date (for multiple days)
    • Repeat frequency (e.g., every Wednesday and Friday for school)
  3. Add a note explaining your unavailability

Step 3: Submit and confirm

  1. Review your unavailability details
  2. Tap "Submit" to save your unavailability

What happens next?

• Your unavailability will be visible to your manager

• Managers will consider these dates when creating rosters

• You can view and manage your submitted unavailability from the same screen

Note: It's important to submit your unavailability as early as possible to help with roster planning.
